My sister Norah died in December 1989 from an astma attack that probably wouldn't have happened today with all the different type of drugs available.
She was a wonderful person, small witty and very intelligent. She had been living in Florida in the USA for some 5 years before she came home.
She'd just landed a job in a firm doing technical drawing (which she was very good at) and a few days later she was dead.
We had our folks traditional family pre-Xmas party and that night somewhere between 12 midnite and 12:30am my sister passed away without any warning. It stills like only yesterday even tho it was now quite along time ago.
We all miss her in our lives everyday and I can only hope that she's up there in heaven with my brother Ernie who died tragically in January 2005.
My parents have now lost 2 children, their troopers but miss them both terribly, as do I.
We miss you sis every night and every day.
I just had to write to say I know exactly how you feel. I lost my eldest daughter to Asthma in January 2002. Even now people are still dying from this horrible disease. In the uk someone dies every 7 hours from Asthma.
May your sister rest in God's Heavenly peace and may you and your parents find some kind of peace.
God Bless. x x
